President
Susan Badia 22'
Our first Primary Officer, Susan Badia is a New Brunswick Native, marking her start at Rutgers Business School as a First Generation Student studying Finance and Real Estate. She has been involved with ALPFA since 2019 and is also the Co-President of the Rutgers Black Business Association (BBA). Additionally, she serves as the Director of Membership for the RBS EOF Committee. Susan is a member of the Rutgers Road to Wall Street Program, RBS EOF, Rutgers Future Scholars, the Little Investment Bankers of Rutgers (LIBOR), and volunteers as an SEO Career Rutgers University Student Ambassador.

Damion Abrams 22'
Our second Primary Officer, Damion Abrams began his college career as an athlete, transferring from Merrimack College to Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and ultimately decided to pursue a career in Finance. Damion majors in Finance with a Sports Management minor and has been involved with ALPFA since 2019. Damion is also a member of the Rutgers Black Business Association (BBA), the Little Investment Bankers of Rutgers (LIBOR), and SEO.

Treasurer
Kimberly Santiago 23'
Kimberly transferred into the Business School growing a passion for networking. She was a member of our finance committee and is now our Treasurer. Pursuing a career in Finance, Kimberly has interned with PNC Bank and has been involved in the Center for Women in Business, RBS Grows, RBS EOF, and the Sociedad Estudantil Dominicana (SED). Outside of her campus involvement, Kimberly enjoys sports and learning new things.

Secretary
Jonathan Ortiz 23'
Jonathan transferred to Rutgers University from Binghamton University as a Sophomore, and ALPFA became one of his main interests since then. Jonathan studies finance and computer science at Rutgers Business School and served on our leadership committee before becoming Secretary. Jonathan was able to intern at Ernst and Young with the help of ALPFA RU NB and will be interning with Wells Fargo next summer. Outside of ALPFA, Jonathan is a member of LIBOR, TAMID Group, SEO, and MLT.

Bryant Yancha-pazmino 22'
Bryant is a senior at Rutgers Business School studying FInance. He has been involved with ALPFA RU NB since 2019 and has always appreciated ALPFA's way of creating community. He is currently a Residental Assistant for the Latin Images Living and Learning Community on College Ave. Bryant is a proud EOF scholar and has also been involved on campus as a diversity peer educator and is the Treasurer of the Society of Latin American Men (SLAM).

Anuj Luthra 22'
Anuj is a senior at Rutgers Business School majoring in Business Analytics and Information Technology (BAIT) and Supply Chain Management. Anuj was a previous member of our Leadership Committee and organized an event on Diversity and Inclusion with Bank of America. On campus, Anuj is also part of RUSCA's Finance Committee and leads a dance team called RU Bhangra, an important cultural dance team that allows him to go on competitions across the country. Now as our Director of Fundraising, he is looking forward to co-leading the finance committee.

Director of Professional Development
jason thomas 22'
Jason is a sophomore at Rutgers Business School majoring in Finance, Leadership and Management, and Philosophy. Jason joined ALPFA to expand his horizons and meet people with different backgrounds. As a result, he found a supportive community of people invested in his success. He's nicknamed the "Case Competition King" due to winning numerous case competitions on the University and National levels. Jason is also the event coordinator for RU Valuating, a senior analyst in the TAMID Group, and on the mentorship committee for the corporate finance society.

Ariel buenano salzar 21'
Ariel is a current senior within Rutgers Business School graduating in December 2021 with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Ariel obtained her Associate's degree in Liberal Arts Business from Middlesex County College, graduating with the highest honors. This past summer, Ariel completed an Operations internship with Target in their Research and Development Fulfillment Center and will return for a fall internship. Her attraction to ALPFA continues to be the wide arrange of social events and hopes to contribute to that as our Events Coordinator.

Jinson buri 23'
Jinson began his journey with ALPFA as a transfer student from the Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences and soon joined the Marketing Committee in 2020. Now, Jinson majors in Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Global Business. Outside of ALPFA, Jinson is a committee member in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group within student government, a scarlet ambassador who presents tours to prospective students and families and is also a brother of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.

Director of Community Service
Maytee N. SaNchez 23'
Maytee is a current marketing major at the Rutgers Business School and was previously a member of our Events Committee. She is an EOF scholar and a first-generation student. Being involved in community service since she was 11, she began assisting her local church with donation programs and always wanted to make sure she can do whatever she can to provide for her community. Her hobbies include plants, shopping, and cooking.
