About the Role

Process Management

Assist in creating content for intranet site, gamification platform, and promoting collaboration technologies and cyber security initiatives
Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy
Monitor platforms for ideas and feedback
Assist in marketing and advertising activities
Create graphic representations of data into easily readable content for stakeholders
Support Voice of the Customer Activities gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve load management offers and overall customer satisfaction

Issue and resolution and escalation through appropriate channels
Work cross-functionally with the various IT domains and marketing teams to support initiatives
Participate in team meetings, providing input and ideas to enhance overall effectiveness
Share insights and findings with the team
Communicate with various IT domains and PEXNA marketing team
Event Support

Contribute to the planning and execution of IT related events Assist in coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person event


  • Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, design or marketing

  • Experience with content creation a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Office Programs and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess critical thinking, problem-solving, project management and analytical skills

  • Display strong management, integrity and collaboration with an enthusiastic attitude and professional demeanor

  • Open to change and must embrace continuous improvement
