About the Role

Collaborate in the creation, update and analysis of HR reports (budgets, headcount, labour cost)
Support in the creation of HR Metrics reports and market benchmark (general workforce metrics, such as productivity, salary, turnover, seasonal…)
Contributing to the maintenance of efficient and effective HR administrative procedures, such as headcount requests and/or monthly reports (recruitment, cost, forecast)
Support in the creation of monthly and annual reports for the LVMH Group
HR management systems administration (SAP)
Update the organizational charts as needed
Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the human resources department


  • Able to analyze data and information to produce clear reports on trends, patterns and other observations

  • Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

  • Analysis and synthesis ability

  • Good organizational and team working skills

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

  • Team working attitude and flexibility

  • Enrolled in a degree program related to HR
